Laetitia Sebbag, grew up in Dallas and graduated from Hebrew Theological College in Chicago with a dual major in Health Sciences and Judaic Studies. She attended Ateres Seminary in Israel. For the past 2 years, Laetitia worked as a madricha at YEHUDI. She also taught 3rd and 4th grade Hebrew studies.
Laetitia feels that outreach is her calling, because she believes that each of us has a responsibility to help others discover religion and become closer to Hashem.
As Rabbi Kigel said, "Replacing Ali Lakofsky, Laetitia has big shoes to fill. She is already doing a great job on campus, and students are gravitating to her. "
Laetitia coordinates women's learning and recruiting at Baruch and Queens College, and assists in Stony Brook as well.
