Chava Zaretsky grew up in sunny San Diego, California and Phoenix, Arizona and only recently ventured over to the dark side (New York). She received her Bachelor’s in Theatre Arts and Romance Language (Spanish & French) from University of Oregon where she performed in many plays, did stand-up/sketch comedy, and pretended to watch the Oregon football games. After University, she attended Neve Yerushalayim (the happiest place on earth) before moving to LA Seminary and working in the film industry– prior to discovering a love for Jewish outreach. She loves to be a link in a chain, passing down Jewish wisdom from the incredible mentorship she has received on her Jewish journey. Chava started working for EMET in January 2022 and continues to do comedy/performance in a Jewish capacity.
